The first step we will gather all the information needed to begin the design process. This includes the artwork, ideas, concepts, and requirements.

• First, we will gather all the information needed to begin the design process. This includes gathering your ideas, concepts and additional information to understand the project. We will ask various types of questions that will help during the design process.

• During this first step, we will also gather the information you want to be included in your design projects such as names, titles, dates, times, and imagery. Check out our past projects to see what we have done before.

• Last we will gather all the remaining information including information such as deadlines you may have with the project. If your design project is one we print then we will also need information pertaining to the print process.

Next, we will begin with the design development.

• After we have reviewed the project details we will begin generating ideas and starting with the design work. We will look at all the information gathered and start creating a general idea of the design you are looking for.

• During this time we may ask for a deposit down for the beginning of design time.

The following step is presenting initial designs.

• This next step following would be the presentation of the design. What we present to you are design concepts we have created that match with information you provided.

• We will show our design and will start with the feedback step.

We will then ask for feedback on the initial designs.

• The next step we will be asking for any feedback. This includes design changes as well as the overall check of ALL the information including times, dates, phone numbers, emails, and spelling.

Next, we will begin making revisions based on your feedback.

An approval of the quote/design is needed as well as a payment.

• Approval is needed along with the payment. Depending on the size of the project the payment arrangements may be modified.

• We accept check, cash, card or Online payment. If you decided to pay with a card there is a 3% convenience fee. This fee will be waived if the invoice is paid via cash or check.

Your final project is ready for pick up or delivery when necessary.

• Congratulations! Your final project is ready for pick up or file delivery when necessary.
